SmartReno Project is a system for homeowners to submit their renovation projects.
It features a web interface where homeowners can describe their renovation projects step by step and
submit them to find the optimal contractor for the job. It also includes a homeowner's personal account
where users can track the status of their applications and communicate with SmartReno staff.
My contribution:
I made changes, improvements, and enhancements to the system. This included modifying business steps as per
marketing requirements, enhancing the interface, integrating promotions and discounts, managing terms and
conditions, setting up notification subscriptions, and working with Google Analytics. Additionally, we
conducted A/B testing.
