SmartReno CRM is a project that integrates the business logic of the SmartReno ERP Jarvis system, as well as the user portals for homeowners and contractors (companies providing renovation services).
The system provided workflow stages for each participant. After project creation, it underwent review by a SmartReno employee for moderation and the addition/request of necessary information. Subsequently, the system automatically, through an algorithm, selected several firms for contract negotiation. The contractor could review the request and either reject or accept it. Following this, the homeowner entered into a contract with the chosen renovation firm. Terms of renovation, payment, etc., were discussed. Upon completion, the request status changed to "completed," and the system solicited feedback from both the homeowner and contractor.
Throughout the process, SmartReno employees made notes in the system, added necessary documents, and engaged in dialogues with contractors and homeowners via chat when necessary. The system logged all steps, time, and other information for future analysis and customer relationship improvement.

My contribution:
When I started, the system base has already been developed, so I mainly worked with legacy code. I worked on various enhancements and modifications to the system, facilitating interactions between homeowners, contractors, and SmartReno departments. These included improvements to search and filtering functionality, email handling and templates, chat communication features, data processing, notifications, and refining the order processing workflow, among others.
