System of virtual excursions. After selecting a tour on the site, tracking of the user’s location was
triggered. When a certain point was reached, a notification was triggered and a dialogue began with
historical information about the place, accompanied by photos, videos and audio series. A historian on
our team selected and shared interesting facts about cultural places in Montreal in this system.
My contribution:
Played a role in enhancing the parkour system by incorporating user geolocation to offer virtual exploration
experiences. Additionally, contributed to the development of Les parcours business, a system similar to
virtual excursions but tailored for shopping malls. Envisioned utilizing map levels to facilitate boutique
location searches and enabling users to browse store pages to explore product assortments.
