AWS Integration
• Designed and implemented AWS S3 and CloudFront integration in a legacy PHP 5.6 environment.
• Extended and partially overridden AWS SDK components to maintain backward compatibility with the existing architecture.
• Enabled scalable object storage and global content delivery without breaking legacy services.
Billing System Refactoring
• Contributed to large-scale billing refactor, migrating customers from QuickBooks to Sage.
• Modified multiple interconnected billing services to ensure consistency across invoicing, subscriptions, and reporting.
Cloud & Automation
• Implemented data processing features for VDCs and infrastructure readings.
• Contributed to workflow automation via Airflow for cloud-related tasks and reporting pipelines.
Monitoring & Observability
• Designed and implemented a new “Labels” section for monitoring targets, improving Prometheus classification and metric organization.
Feature Leadership
• Led development of the Marketing → Customer Advisory Boards module, including document workflow management for CAB processes.
Network & Infrastructure Enhancements
• Improved DDoS profile configuration and network device management features.
• Worked with SNMP and OIDs to onboard new infrastructure devices (PDU, DDCA) into server rooms, racks, and site management modules.
